Rice Crackers with Chocolate: A quick, no-bake treat that’s perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or impressing guests. Ready in just 10 minutes, this recipe combines crispy rice crackers, rich chocolate, and optional toppings like nuts or sprinkles.
A microwave or double boiler for melting chocolate. ( for me i used just the double boiler)
A small spatula or spoon for spreading.
Baking paper for easy cleanup.
Ingredients
8rice crackersmedium-sized
100gdark chocolatecan substitute with milk chocolate
1teaspooncoconut oil
Optional toppings: sprinklescrushed nuts, or shredded coconut (use as desired)
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth, or melt using a double boiler.
Lay the rice crackers on a sheet of baking paper.
Using a spoon, spread a generous layer of melted chocolate over each cracker.
While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle your chosen toppings.
Place the crackers in the fridge for 5–10 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve and enjoy your no-bake treat!
Notes
For smoother chocolate, always add coconut oil or butter when melting. Experiment with toppings to suit your taste.
