Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter and Sugar
In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
Add Eggs and Vanilla
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
Mix Dry and Wet Ingredients
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
Fold in Add-ins
Gently stir in the M&Ms, white chocolate chips, and candy eyes. Save a few for topping.
Scoop and Bake
Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop dough balls onto the prepared baking sheets. Press extra M&Ms and candy eyes on top for decoration. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Cool
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack.
