Ingredients
  

  • Butternut Squash: 300g about 1 medium
  • Dark Chocolate: 150g 70% cocoa or higher

  • Peel, seed, and cube the butternut squash.
  • Boil squash cubes for 10 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  • Chop chocolate into small pieces for easy melting.
  • In a food processor, blend hot squash and chocolate until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and refrigerate for 2 hours (or overnight for best texture).
